Common answers
- Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Orbelle Pro, Cancel. Your entries stay.
- Refunds: purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Move to a new phone: in Settings, save an encrypted backup, then restore it on the new phone. You can also connect Apple Health to bring in your period history.
- Take your entries with you: Settings has an export that saves everything as a CSV file.
- Erase everything: Settings, Erase everything. It happens at once and cannot be undone.
- Predictions look off: tap "Why this prediction?" on the Today screen to see which cycles were used. You can leave out a cycle that wasn't typical, such as one after illness or coming off the pill.
